How To Build The Infrastructure To Support Azure VM’s In Terraform

Terraform enables you to create, change and improve infrastructure reliably and predictably, it’s open source and lets you create declarative configuration files that can be treated as code. (Infrastructure As Code). In this video, Nick will take you through the steps required to build the supporting infrastructure for VM’s or other resources within Azure. Nick will show you how to create the configuration files for a creating a Resource group, Network resources (including a subnet) and a security group. We will then associate the security group with the subnet and finally run ‘terraform plan’ and then apply that configuration using the command ‘terraform apply’.
