How To Create A Virtual Network Using The Azure Portal

It can be said that virtual networks are just as important as, or perhaps more important than the virtual machines in your Azure infrastructure. There are a few different methods for creating a virtual network depending on what level of automation you are looking for, however, if you just need to quickly create a virtual network, sometimes the simplest way is to use the Azure Portal.
