How to Create Modern Team Sites with No Office 365 Group in SharePoint Online using PowerShell PnP

With the new SharePoint Online Admin Center (currently in preview), we have the possibility to choose ‘Other Options’ if we want to create a modern Team site which won’t be connected to an Office 365 group. Having an Office 365 group associated though, offers more features like a shared mailbox, and Microsoft Planner for tasks management.
