How To Create Site Policies In SharePoint

In this video, we’ll see how to create Site Policies and apply them to Site Collections. Site Policies can be used to control the growth and governance of the SharePoint platform, especially if you have self-service site creation enabled. We’ll start by accessing a Site Collection in Office 365, and navigate through the Site Collection Administration section in order to create our new policy. All the available options will be explained for better understanding of how the policy will be triggered. Once the new policy has been created, we’ll apply it to the Site Collection using the “Site Closure And Deletion” feature.
