The unthinkable has happened. You were trying to clear a property on all users in your Executive Team’s Organizational Unit, but instead, have deleted the user objects themselves! Luckily you had the foresight to enable to Active Directory Recycle Bin Feature and all of the deleted objects are available for you to restore before anyone has been affected. In this video, Matt will walk you through how to find deleted objects that are sitting in the recycle bin using the Get-ADObject cmdlet. Once we’ve found out deleted users, we’ll restore them using Restore-ADObject and the various options available to us when doing so such as providing a new name or location within the structure of your domain.
